AbstractForbush decreases (FD) are decreases observed in galactic cosmic rays that could be generated by ICMEs (Interplanetary Coronal Mass Ejections) or CIRs (Corotating interaction regions). ICME is the manifestation of CMEs (Coronal Mass Ejection) in the interplanetary medium. CMEs are the ejections of solar mass that can be seen by a coronagraph. Coronagraphs only began to be used in the mid-1990s, until then there had only been observations of the in situ interplanetary plasma. Thus, previously it was only possible to identify ICMEs through their plasma signatures, which are not unique and need to be analyzed individually in each event. The goal of this work is to catalog FDs associated with ICMEs from 1970 to 2018. In addition, the catalog also includes the ICME signatures considered to select each event, including the dates of onset of the shock (if any), beginning and end of the ICME passage through Earth. To achieve this aim, the Oulu neutron monitor and the vertical channel of the Nagoya muon detector were used in order to identify at the same time.
