AbstractThe objective of this study is process the satellite image for enhance elements characteristically of the selective logging. The area is located in south of Labrea, Amazon state. The image used was Landsat TM of 2008, and the used technique is the radiometric rotation controlled. Good results were obtained with application of this technique for discriminate indicators of exploration of timber in the forest. The analysis for obtain this picture is independent of the existence of elements pure in scene, that enabled obtain good and fast results in this stage.
